TAPROOM MANAGER
{Full-time position}
Location: Beckenham
Position: Full-time (40 hours per week)
About Us: BR3WERY is a dynamic and thriving brewery located in Beckenham, renowned for its exceptional craft beers and lively taproom experience. We are dedicated to providing our community with high-quality brews and fostering a welcoming environment for beer enthusiasts.
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate and beer-loving individual for the position of Full-time Taproom Manager. This role requires a strong background in hospitality, a deep appreciation for craft beer, and the ability to contribute to the growth and success of our taproom and new production facility.
Responsibilities:
Customer Experience:
Ensure a positive and memorable experience for every customer visiting the taproom.
Oversee and manage taproom staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Event Planning:
Organize and execute a variety of events throughout the year, both at the taproom and new production facility.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and attract a diverse audience.
Plan and execute special releases, beer tastings, and themed nights.
Business Growth:
Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the overall growth strategy of BR3WERY.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue within the taproom.
Implement creative initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise taproom staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient team.
Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours and events.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Operations:
Manage day-to-day operations of the taproom, including inventory control and staff management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the production team to coordinate taproom and production activities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality and/or taproom management is essential.
Passion for craft beer and a solid understanding of brewing processes.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record in event planning and execution.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
